You can rest assured that your child is in safe hands as our Care Team are all handpicked not only for their Qualifications and experience but for their warm, friendly manner.
Staff have a minimum of Fetac Level 5 Qualification but a large number of our team have much higher Qualifications right up to Degree level. Staff pictures and their Qualifications are all displayed on the information boards outside each room.
Over 70% of our team hold a Pediatric First Aid Certificate.
We hold weekly Care Room Meetings and a monthly Full Team Meeting as good communication is essential to a good team.
We have a strong Staff Training Policy and our staff attend many varied courses throughout the year in varying specialties, to ensure your child is getting the best, most up to date care and to encourage fresh ideas. For example, over the past year the girls have attended workshops in Sports Activities, Crafts, Music, First Aid, Activity Planning and two of our team attended International Reggio Training for a week in Italy – where the Reggio Approach is world renowned.
